Q: how long in advance should I order my cake?
A: as we have limited availability, we require a minimum of two weeks notice prior to your desired pick up or delivery date.

we are NOT responsible for any baked goods once they leave the bakery. we recommend picking up your order from the bakery if you are worried about how an item—especially a cake—will be received. we are not in control of any temperature changes or improper handling when the product is out of our hands, for this reason we do not offer any refunds for any issues that may occur.
